Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. I am sorry you had a negative experience at our shop. It is my understanding you showed up without an appointment and we tried to accommodate you the best we could. Had we known you were in a hurry we would have recommended scheduling an appointment for a future time. A window tint on the two front windows of most vehicles takes around an hour, but some can take longer. Your vehicle (a Camaro) takes a little longer due to the "articulating" windows that move when you open your doors. Each window must be cured prior to customer delivery, thus the extra time. With regards to the price, we always let our customers know up front how much the job will cost. We realize expense is relative to each individual customer and offer alternatives in quality and price. Please feel free to contact me with your concern about the "huge straight cut". I am guessing this is an existing vertical scratch on the outside of the glass which shows up better now that we have placed a dark background behind it. I would have contacted you directly myself, but we did not get your phone number for our records.

Expensive! Waited almost two hours for just two small front windows to be tinted, and once they were done, there was a huge vertical straight cut on one of the Windows they just finished! Don't go here!

I am sorry you did not find our prices to your liking. We only offer the best quality 3M window films and the best possible installations. While you may pay a little more for our services you can rest easy knowing you are only getting the best at a fair market price. We understand this is not for everyone and hope you find someone willing to do work in your price range.
