Were very sorry to hear this. Weve checked with all of our stylists and none of them have received any complaints from their clients. Every stylist here operates their own business independently. If your girlfriend could reach out to her stylist directly, theyd be happy to help in any way possible. She could also email her info to [email protected] so we can figure out what happened and go from there.

My girlfriend went in for a blonde root touch up coloring. The salon left bleach in her hair for an HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES (1:45), which caused pain and burning while she sat waiting. When she asked the attendant if the bleach had been in her hair too long, the salon responded that nothing was wrong even when we found Google results clearly saying bleach should not sit in hair for more than 30 minutes. The attendant refused to admit there was any issue. A week after the treatment, her hair roots are painful, thinned and brittle. Scabs have formed on her scalp. Very unprofessional work and customer service from this salon. This is definitely the last time she uses this salon for any hair care.

Casondra is amazing. My friend and I visited for a Mother's Day pampering. She gave me a subtle new look that I love. My friend has natural curly hair and Casondra did an amazing job. She spent time asking all the right questions and came up with a creative solution for my friend's limited mobility and was able to give her a full salon experience despite my friend's physical limitations.

All the stylist are lovely here and do amazing hair! Eric is my favorite by far hes very good at perfecting my haircut for me. Always a joy to go to Dark Horse!
