Although the flowers were pretty, I was so disappointed the small size of the flower bouquet. Paid $75.00 for a bouquet half the size just recently ordered with delivery. For $60.00 from Albright's.

Have been ordering flowers there for years. Recently ordered an arrangement for my Mom's 92nd birthday --expensive--for delivery, and was unhappy with them. They were apparently not fresh, and were dying within 2 days!

As a floral designer myself - but located in a different part of the country than my family, Im always hesitant to send flowers because I am very critical. Terris did a 5-star vase bouquet for my cousin in the hospital. I was sent a photo- they were very fresh and exceeded my expectations in terms of color and flower selection. What I saw was exactly what was shown on her website with the up-grades for volume and overall size. To say Im disappointed is an understatement! Your website states guaranteed delivery if placed by 2 pm. As you can see by this email ordered confirmed 11:46 plenty of time. At 6:18 received a call wont be delivered will be next day which was unacceptable as this was for a special celebration. I simply asked 4 times now that the service fee be refunded as your service, delivery guarantee were not met! Your customer service reps Roy Maria and 2 others left me on hold then disconnected. I was offered only a refund which in itself speaks volumes to your companys customer satisfaction. Expect poor reviews and losing more valuable business customers. Just beyond horrible customer service and glad I did finally decline delivery as I anticipate the flowers to be less than satisfactory as well!
