This place is great overall. Generally friendly and helpful staff, who know what they're talking about, and a great selection of games, both old and new. They don't get perfect 5 stars because they tend to make mistakes when they give you your disk/game. It's been a handful of times now where I get another game unrelated to the game I bought, or not even one at all. I wouldn't notice until I would get home, and knew by then it would be too late to do anything about it. The biggest one was getting a game that stated it was in mint condition (and paying the mint condition price), only to open and see the game boy cartridge stained and the sticker for the cartridge looking like it got wet at some point. That is incredibly unacceptable. I try to go to other places over this place generally now.
