Jen has completed several items of our kids over the last few years, they are all fantastic memories. As we live in Oz, she kindly made herself available over holidays and at short notice. Whats more, completed items quickly so we could take them back with us to Australia. She makes some amazing things and is great with the kids enabling her to get really impressive memories

Jen has helped me with so much over the last 7 years. Have have a charm each for all three of my children from all of her range. I have a fingerprint, hand print and foot print. She has done a charm bracelet for my mum changing the fittings on her charms to make it fit a bracelet. I lived it so much I changed my necklace to a charm bracelet too. Most recently she helped me with a very sensitive charm too. I lost my best friend to cancer at just 37 and she helped me do a unique charm where both our print are joined forever Can not fault anything about this lady, her work or her customer service
