I ordered 3 of the little bunch. The order came on time, no issues at all, actually came early in the morning so I could've ordered it for the day instead of the day before but that's not even an issue. Very happy with that. However a few points to note: 1. The brown wrapping paper was slightly crumpled when delivered. I'm not too bothered since it gives it a bit more character to it, but just keep that in mind 2. On the website it says that I can include a message (which I did) but it was printed on the same piece of cardstock as my name, address and phone number, which is kinda icky. I didn't end up including the card message. I wished the website either outlines that, or gives an option to have it separate 3. I sent them an email because I placed 2 separate orders, and just want to make sure they knew I didn't just accidentally ordered extra etc, and they never replied. It would've been nice to receive a short "I have received both of your orders and will send them together" or something like that, instead of just silence 4. I feel like the bunch can also a bit of a hit/miss. Mine felt like it was relatively small compared to the previous bunches (based on the pictures I received on my email about their daily bunch). Had less flowers and way too many green
We would like to say we had a positive experience purchasing flowers from this company but unfortunately we have to be honest and say how unbelievably disappointed we were with the flowers and their customer service. After reviewing your images of bouquets on their Facebook page, I was expecting something quite bright and well put together, especially since we paid double the amount to send Mum a big bouquet for her 60th birthday. The photo my Dad sent to me of the flowers looked rather sad and nothing like the advertised product- it lacked volume and colour. If we had known this would be what Mum was going to receive, we'd have gone somewhere else. With all due respect, even Woolies would have better arrangements for far cheaper than what we paid. Our experience with A Little Bunch Perth was disappointing considering the present Covid situation where I cannot see my family as we live interstate and we were really hoping some beautiful flowers would ease the blow of us not being able to see Mum for her 60th. Secondly, I had requested that the delivery driver from the company to contact my Dad prior to coming as they were going to and fro from their home today. The staff members company said that this would be passed on to the delivery driver but my Dad came out the front to find the flowers just left there, the driver didn't even knock! I sent an email to A Little Bunch Perth almost a month ago to let them know of our experience, but to date we are still waiting on a response. I do not think I'll purchase from this place again.
Ordered flowers for a co-workers last day. Beautiful bunch of flowers selected. The tulips were still buds and was wrapped beautifully to show off the flowers.
