I apologize that you had to wait for this key however the lock that was brought to us was Chinese and difficult to make a key for as it is not a standard lock by any means and wasn't a straight forward teardown. We had to hand fit keys to it which is a lost art in itself most services that we provide we can get back within a day usually, some of them take more time which happens. We are also short staffed and extremely busy which most people understand at this point in time. The day that it was done we called you even after we had closed and told you we would wait for you to come pick it up. We have been in business for over 20 years and professionalism is our goal I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations but am happy that you are now able to drive your moped again.

The techs that cut keys are very unprofessional. I brought in my ignition switch and requested a key be made. I am going on day 3 of waiting for a key to be made. At this point I couldve done it myself. I have been stuck paying to store the bike far longer than anticipated already making this financially not worth it. Considering the amount of money Ive lost doing business here the key should be free. Extremely unprofessional to lead customers on.

They were very helpful and professional. They helped me with getting a lock off my truck. Explained the reason the lock got stuck and removed it free of charge. Great place. I will give them all future lock business I have. Very very helpful.
