Hello Boaz Shalev, I am not sure if you have the right business as I dont have any customer complaint regarding a ruined phone or any ruined other type of device, not to mentioned, any customer with your name on record as all my appointments are done via square appointments, Yelp, and Thumbtack where most of my customer provide their name and address. In other words, we would know who you are, specially on a very unique name such as yourself. We also provide a hassle free warranty, as warranty shouldnt have to be a hassle the only thing we ask is that it cannot be physically or liquid damage after the repair just like any other reputable mobile or repair shop. Not to mention we are also insured so in the event of accidental damage caused by us more so then what the customer already has the device is insured. This is our best practice as we are happy to be welcome into customers homes. Hello George M, Boaz Shalev, Nancy, Noor, and or any other name you would love to call yourself. This review and the last two reviews have been reported to Google as I believe that they are not customers but a fellow competitor who feels like this is the only way to make their profile stand out from everyone else. Another bad review by Geo M was put on Yelp but Yelp quickly deleted it because they knew this was nothing but a fake review, unfortunately with Google, I have to wait. A Message to the person writing these reviews; Thank you for leaving this review because it shows the type of person you are by playing these children like games but this also confirms that you feel like this will tarnish my reputation I worked so hard for this past year. This doesn't bring me down in fact it makes me stronger because I know the type of technician I am. All my customers know what they are getting when they hire my services and most of them I been servicing for years. The longest customer I have is 15 plus years since I was in school learning all this technology stuff to become the technician that I am today. I hope that this gives you a bit of short-lived gratitude to make yourself feel superior in whatever way you feel fit too. At the end of the day, I know what I bring to my customers and I don't have to worry about it. Instead of wasting your time writing bad reviews maybe you should concentrate on how to make your business more profitable and bring quality repairs to your customers as this will help you from using dirty tactics to sustain some credibility in this field. Inland Empire is big and there is plenty of customers for everyone, relax, I can't service them all.

Pamela was very professional had my son's xbox repaired. Went on the website an was able to pick a time for them to come to my house an pick up the console it was late Saturday night she informed me that she mostly likely wouldn't look at it till Monday. She figured out what the problem was she told me a price an the repaired it when she dropped it off we set up a repair on my phone she fixed my phone on the spot so far both repairs are working great would recommend any future repairs with this company

Hello Melissa Gutierrez, I believe you are mistaking us with another business as we dont have any customer complaints regarding a screen peeling or any other device. Something like you mentioned would be 100% covered and we give customers a 30 day warranty on all repairs. We had a few customers that had issues with heir devices even after the warranty given elapsed and found out the part has failed and we replaced it with no issues.
