i have raved about this place since my first appointment. About a month ago i have tried four times to get a haircut and everything single time someone calls and cancels it or there is scheduling problem. every time may I remind you I have called and made an appointment in advance. I was on my way today and may i remind you this is not a short drive I get a call 5:25 and my appointment is at 6 cancelling once again. I even called this morning to confirm my appointment at 6 because this has happened so many times. I am sorry this is ridiculous you have lost my service
I just went here yesterday and Im disappointed in my haircut. I was called and told the hairstylist is no longer available and someone new would be cutting my hair. I asked if they know how to cut hair and the girl laughed at me. Well she's never had a bad haircut. I looked on their website and she wasn't as high of level as the other lady. My appointment yesterday I'm just dissatisfied in this cut. She just like cut straight. I thought I was getting layers. She didn't ask how I wear my hair or anything. Or say anything really. Also don't much like being texted the night before asking how I want my hair. That's what the appointment is for. I will never be going back. Thanks
Great service and attention to detail. My son requested an interesting and uncommon cut and they were intent on making sure it was to his liking before, during and after. Adjustments were not a problem. He looks great and they make sure to do everything to keep him that way.

Second bad experience, 0/2. Making the appointment, I said "I'm picky, please give me whoever is best at men's haircuts"... she instead gave me whoever was next on her list. I could go into exquisite detail, but don't want to seem malicious... Overview: What I got was an overpriced hack-job by an amateur, all tentative uncertain movements, as I watched my haircut get worse and worse. I showed pictures of myself with the exact haircut I wanted, I described it in detail, I offered feedback as the disaster was unfurling... but she just had no idea what she was doing. I literally gave *myself* a better haircut, with a beard trimmer, a month into quarantine. Now I'll be wearing a hat for the next month. Seriously, don't fall for the admittedly great interior- save yourself the salon-priced expense and get your men's haircut anywhere else. (I've been spoiled by the place I go to in Baltimore, where I've never had a weak haircut and they only charge $20 for a skin-fade)
