Im Sorry you feel this way, However, This is how it is done in all Tattoo shop, we are regulated and inspected yearly. It is done via sterile needle, and sterile jewelry. As far as placement it may have something to do with the ear itself, not always can it be where a client wants it due to a person's ear curves ect... and Yes sea salt and distilled water is recommended to clean the piercing 1/8 teaspoon sea salt to 1 cup warm water dissolved and placed in a spray bottle.

My daughter went to get a ear piercing the lady wouldnt do it where she wanted it bad decision on the lady doing it. Plus the stone fell out while doing it so the prongs are just there and they used a needle thats three wrongs in my book. My brother has so many piercings and never ever did they a needle. My brother and sister in law have so many piercings and they always got it where they wanted it. Rinse with salt water umm okay never heard of that.
Me and my boyfriend got our noses pierced by Nick and he was amazing! Very funny and patient. Talked to us about all kinds of piercing and answered any questions we had. Very professional and made us want to come back
Go somewhere else, trust me. I went in for a septum piercing about a month ago. Get there and they only take cash, so I drove to get it. Upon returning, the jewelry was no longer on the tray so they grabbed another from the open case, sprayed it with something, and this was the jewelry she put in my nose. I know, I should've left when I saw it wasn't in a sealed package from being sterilized. Long story as short as possible, when putting the clamp on they asked if I had a deviated septum, which I had never been told before and I let them know this. I get pierced, go home and see how crooked the piercing is. I called the shop, asked if there was anything that could be done, and the person that answered proceeded to yell my end of the conversation across what sounded like a full room. The person that pierced me replied with "the piercings not crooked, her nose is. I can't fix her crooked nose!" Then everyone in the shop proceeded to laugh at my expense. Do yourself a favor and find a shop that #1, knows how to compensate when someone has a deviated septum, #2 acts like a professional, ESPECIALLY when someone has a problem, and #3 follows sterilization procedures like a professional piercer should. It was absolutely my mistake not running when I saw her grab the jewelry, but that doesn't excuse how they run their business. I have a feeling they make some of their negative reviews "disappear" as well. I know someone who left one, and surprise...it's not on here.
