Unlike Esteamed Carpet Cleaning company (which were supposed to deep-clean 2 bedrooms and a staircase, and spent only 15 (!) minutes doing God knows what, as the carpets were still dirty afterwards), this company, represented by a lovely gentleman (Craig), did a great job, leaving my bedroom spotlessly clean, and wonderfully fresh.
