I have waited some time before writing this review to make sure it was not reactionary nor angrily written but a caution to others. In short, they want to sale with terrible follow up and once they sale is made, it was pretty much go away. I purchased a $15,000 watch from them. They did not have it in stock as it was a popular model. I was told a date it would be arriving. It was late (things happen) by several months but finally came in. I ordered two straps for this watch through them from the manufacturer which were over $1,000.00. I was told they were ordered but after two months asked about them to be told they had no idea when they would get there. Asked again in another month, because I was moving, to be told they had no idea. Reached out again to be ignored with no response. Kind felt ignored and that they did not want to deal with me. It soured me on them and the brand of watch I purchased from them. Gave up on both and sold the watch. Lost money but I felt so much resentment for an expensive to me watch that I got no joy from it from being ignored after the sale. If you buy from them, do not expect good post sale service.
Went in looking for a specific watch. They wouldn't let me look at the watch (they are listed as an authorized dealer) and tried to upsell me.... . Really want to support a local jewler, but can't in this instance.
As an avid admirer of Oris watches I decided to take the plunge on the Diver Sixty Five Maxi Limited Topper Edition. OK so what is so exciting about that?. The fact I live 6000miles away in the UK and did all dealings by email and text, I now feel its my duty to review the superb, no, exemplary professional manner which I was communicated with by Salesperson Heba. Even with the 8hr time difference the whole purchase experience was smooth as silk. Very well done to Heba and the staff at Topper, I will not hesitate to buy another 'Special Topper Edition' when I'm ready to purchase again for my collection. Thank you.
I have purchased two watches from Topper Fine Jewelers over the past two years. Their staff are exceptionally well informed about their products and have been friendly and accommodating each and every time I have talked to them via email, phone, or in person at their retail showroom. I had a problem with my most recently-purchased watch (I noticed shortly after bringing it home that it was running very fast). I contacted them via email and expected them to tell me that I would need to send it in to the manufacturer for warranty repair. Instead, they informed me that they would replace it with a new one and handle returning it to the manufacturer. They shipped me the replacement watch promptly and included a prepaid shipping label. This over and above level of customer service us precisely why I prefer to do business with manufacturer-authorized brick and mortar retailers instead of online merchants! I would highly recommend Topper Fine Jewelers for your fine jewelry or timepiece shopping needs.
Good store, bad service. I needed to get my chain fixed and I went and they told me to leave my chain and they said theyd get back to me within a few days. No call or text or email, I check back in a week, they say theyll get back to me in another few days, another week passes, I get nothing. I go back in after almost 3 weeks and ask for my chain back, they said they couldnt fix it. They never communicated with me, they were just holding it while I couldve been looking at other places. Bad customer service.
