My self and my partner are new restaurant owners and we came across first state and hood service on Instagram we spoke did a walk through and ordered the service they came and was very very professional the service that was given is excellent and would recommend them as I have to every restaurant I can think of . I booked First State to clean my newly leased restaurant before opening. They were professional, courteous and went out of their way to squeeze my business into their busy schedule. They cleaned my restaurant over a span of 2 weeks. I required VERY deep cleaning and a lot of work. They provided me with photos throughout the process. Although the process took longer than expected, I am glad that I utilized their services! They were EXTREMELY helpful and I certainly plan to use them again!

They scheduled the service within 36 hours (unheard of) and they were diligent in execution and called back to see if we were satisfied. There was a little hiccup with the neighbor and they rectified the problem IMMEDIATELY. It was truly no fault of anyones. Just cold weather and ice. Definitely customer service driven. Also...they said they would check in 3 months to help us maintain our compliance. Everyone was great!
