Dont expect much from this company. I have been trying to get a kraft box made for the past month. Ive been back and forth with a gentleman named Sean. He makes multiple promises and never follows through with them. I really want to give them an opportunity to get my business but its been like pulling teeth just to get a sample of what my box will look like. I wanted to make an order three weeks ago and I have to keep bugging them to get my proof. Finally today I talked with Sean and he said I should use another company. Very disappointed! I would not recommend going with them. They outsource all their jobs and the design team doesnt even speak English. Hopefully we can get this issue resolved. I am still willing to work with them.

My account manager was Brian.. he did a great job! the boxes were designed professionally but unfortunately I had to get many design revisions done to the satisfaction of my client. They were ever-willing to help me complete the box design. Printing also matched my client's expectations. I couldn't ask for a better custom packaging company. thumbs up and my vote is for legacy printing.

I needed a new package size for an existing product. The process was simple to accomplish working with Sean as he was able to take the existing artwork and resize the box to the new size. Made the process quick and easy. Was even able to add the UPC using just the jpeg version.
