Paid the deposit and signed the contract. They did not have us on the schedule and then said they could not be out for another week. They finally were able to make a crew for the next morning. One employee left his hoodie, and contact myself and asked to pick it up. It has been over a month and this employee still has not picked up his hoodie, but will text me to arrange times to due so. This has been completely unprofessional as this employee has arranged times to pickup his hoodie, missed it due to "hanging out with friends." Most recently he texted me today at 6am about his hoodie. Unprofessional company with unprofessional employee.

I felt pressured to write my first review so I tried to be honest by saying that Bo and Saul were prompt, hard working, and kind. However it didn't fully describe my experience. When I made the reservation for 2 people to unload my truck and put the contents in my storage unit, I was told a few times that I would be getting professional and experienced labor. The two assigned to the job would take care of everything. Yes, two people showed up. They were prompt and kind. The older of the two was very hard working. The younger was still in high school and told me that he had been doing this for 3 weeks. He didn't do half the work as the other guy and spent too much time on his phone. My son and I both helped carry boxes and did as much as we could. The job took too long and the overall cost was ridiculous. Had I actually received the professional and experienced help promised it would have taken less time and saved me the extra money. I also felt like I had to tip, when we did a lot of work ourselves. The 3 stars are for the hard working guy who did his best. I would not recommend Cal's based on my experience. Company was not honest. There is no scenario where a guy in high school with 3 weeks on the job was professional and experienced.
