I have already been banned from this store for leaving a bad review. My bad review on Facebook simply complained about the customer service I received from Kevin. He refused to wear his mask properly, stating that he was wearing it. It was tucked under his chin. He then refused to get the owner or manager for me so I could speak to them about his customer service and how he was wearing his mask. He ignored me as I asked multiple times and then told me that masks dont help and to show him the science. This happened back in July but I had another bad experience today. I stated back in July that I would never be back but I decided to try again today because it was convenient for me and because everyone makes mistakes, right? No. I was told upon providing my name and address that they were not allowed to provide me services anymore because I was all over social media trashing his business, which is untrue. I simply left a bad review on Facebook and I was banned. When I emailed the owner he had nothing to say for himself other than I left a bad review on social media and it hurt his business. Well sir, bad customer service deserves a bad review.

I wish I would have left a review sooner. I absolutely love this store. Everyone is so friendly and I never have issues with my packages. The store I can't stay out of it. Now they have this very cool engraving machine for gifts. I just love it. We have two business mailboxes and I love that I get a message letting us know we have mail. This store is always clean and bright. And Christmas time so fun! Thank you for providing our area with great service and a nice place to pickup gifts and our mail.
I am very sorry you are disappointment; however, I feel I need to point out incorrect information in your post. One, we do not upcharge USPS prices so going to a government facility will not help in this case nor will it provide you the opportunity to compare prices across all vendors. Two, all carrier prices are determined by weight, box size and destination. In this case, your 22x17x11 box is going to Washington State thus the reason for the cost to ship. Finally, note that delivery time may not be shorter based on expected delivery dates. Due to COVID-19 and carrier employee availability, there may be temporary delays to some locations. While USPS and the other carriers are working hard to get packages delivered, we have witness packages taking up to two and three weeks to arrive to their final destination and no one is offering money back guarantees except for overnight services.

MOST of the time the location can get my packages out properly. Twice now Ive had packages to customers shipped in a way that takes far too long and costs far too much (10 days FedEx ground for $68.49 versus 3 days USPS 2-Day Priority for $89.35). Will have to start going directly to USPS now. VERY disappointed and will not be using this service or location again.
