Very poor customer service. Called before I came over. Was told they had something I could at least try on and when I got to store the man working didnt even try to help. Just told me no. I would hate to think it's because I'm black

We are so very sorry you were treated so rudely. That is not how we expect our employees to treat people. We will be dealing with this situation immediately. The girls should have told you about our special discount upon entering the store that we provide to our local customers. Again, we apologize and hope you give us a second chance.

I do not recommend this shop at ALL! The customer service was terrible. I went in on Thursday July 22nd around 1pm and there were two young girls sitting behind the counter. One girl asked me what kind of scrubs I want to get and I told her that I wanted something similar to the brand I already have. The other girl turns around and says umm sorry we do not carry that in the rudest tone. The other young girl who was helping me walked me around the entire store within 3 minutes and kept saying we dont have that color over here. Lets go over here. Ok we dont have that size. Ok we dont have that style. Ok sorry we dont have what you need here. She barely helped me look for what I needed. I felt so unwelcome there. Finally she went and sat down and they were playing on their phones when I decided to leave. As Im half way out the door they say have a nice day in a rude tone yet again. Not to mention that their prices are WAY overpriced!! They were asking ridiculous prices. I decided to go to The Uniform Outlet in Woodstock and they were phenomenal!!! They helped me from the second I walked in until the second I left. They were so friendly and made me feel so welcomed. Their prices were also much lower for the SAME brands. The exact outfit I was going to get from Scrubs N Essentials if they had my color would have been $110. I got the same one PLUS an under shirt from Uniform Outlet for $78! Dont waste your time going here. Definitely go to The Uniform Outlet!
