Dear Cris the person you spoke to yesterday did explain that we have a minimum charge of 15 and there are signs in the shop explaining this. We are a commercial b2b printer but there are quite a few places around us that do offer a one copy walk in service and are currently open e.g. rymans and snappy snaps. I hope you got your e mail printed and Im sorry we couldnt help this time around.

Stupidly forgot to print some tickets for an event starting a few hours later. Asked around different printers in Central London who could only offer 4 hour returns minimum with a substantial fee attached. Called these guys who not only instantly printed them but didnt charge me! Lovely people, quality turn around. Will 100% use for any business prints needed going forward.

The quality is really Good. They have a minimum fee of 15 - I had to pay that to print 1 A4 Black and White. But after a few days, the manager recognised it was abusive in my case and was really kind, apologised and returned the money. I am quite happy with customer service.
