My screen fell of because he didnt reattach it and he broke the network connection in my phone. The guy was lovely but there were a few things that werent quite right. First, when I brought my phone in, he told me that he would have a look at it to see what was wrong, but wouldnt charge me before we knew how much it would cost. However, there must have been a mix up because when I went back to the shop my phone was already fixed and he charged me 70 when I thought I was getting a quote. When I took the phone home, the screen fell off because he hadnt reattached it properly and my phone also stopped connecting to wifi or data after he fixed it. From the other reviews, it looks like my experience was unusual and they were lovely people but I was very disappointed and wont be going back.

Enquired about charging port replacement, said they could do it within 2 hours. Ended up being the next day at 11am, despite taking at 3pm the day before. Went in with my partner, ,disregarding me when I went in for my phone. After trying my earphone jack which was working previously before the replacement, now does not work, no response,almost 2 weeks.wouldnt recommend to anyone

Joe Kiely , We are sorry to hear of your experience and have looked into the matter further with the following outcomes : Your initial visit was when you informed the phone had been dropped into water by your friend and therefore was water damaged which resulted in your full phone screen to not operate and nor was the phone detecting any sim card .Once the diagnostics were done we contacted you by phone on another contact number you had provided and informed of the motherboard price of 70 and upon acceptance we went ahead and replaced this .this resulted in the screen to start working as well as the sim card compartment . We charged you 70 for the repair which is usually 75, we also charged 5 for the phone cover and protector which is 10 at a buy 1 get one free offer and you were very happy to take this at the time . In relation to the password we would never ask customers for such personal information and nor is this required for any repairs ,we did quote 45 for replacing your camera for a original Apple camera as this had also been badly damaged with water not due to our repairs . We have tried to contact you twice on 28/09 between 1-3pm to discuss the above however you have not answered or returned the calls . Very unhappy and unsatisfied with the service I received. I brought my IPhone XR in because of a SIM card tray issue. There was no other issue with my phone. I was told the phone would be ready same day and to come to the shop at 6:45 15 mins before closing. I waited around most of the day and returned to the shop only to find it had closed early! When I returned the next day I was told that my motherboard had been faulty and was needed to be replaced and so I had to pay 75. I begrudgingly did so but on further inspection of my phone I noticed that the left hand side of my screen was no longer functioning and the front camera now didnt work! I returned the following day and was informed that because they didnt have the password ( which they didnt ask for) they would not be able to fix it. Despite being able to check the camera and screen without having the password. I was told the new repair ( for a problem caused by them!) Would cost 45. Naturally I will get this done elsewhere and this shop wont be seeing me again. Feel I have been taken advantage of , which is especially disappointing as they knew I was a very skint student
