We really value feedback from our brides and guests as we strive to provide an exceptional, caring and special experience for all. Our guest policy is in place due to the fact that we are covid conscious. Many of our brides bring older family members with them to their appointment so to be as careful and responsible for our brides, their guests and our staff we do have a guest limit. Our policy is made clear on our website, including the booking page and was confirmed with the bride before her appointment. Since the bride brought more people with her than our policy allows we made accommodations for the two additional guests to sit outside of the shop, inside the air conditioned building and be part of the experience. Not a good experience. We arrived at the place at the end of the day when the shop was empty and the owner made half of the bridal party sit outside. She was also condescending and irritating. She treated my sister (the bride) very condescendingly, didnt let let them touch the dresses, and when sister decided to go with a different store, her whole demeanor changed.Not sure how she sells any dresses. Or maybe we didnt smell like money to her. Not a good call as my sister had plenty of money to afford one of her dresses despite her young looks.

Going to Ila's shop and trying dresses on with her was without a doubt, my most positive experience shopping for my wedding dress. Ila truly takes time to understand you and your vision for the day, and really understands what complements different body types <3 I could not be happier with the dress I got from her, and will recommend her shop to every future bride I know!

Wow! What an awesome shop with an experienced, kind, and helpful shop owner. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ila and her studio. My time with Ila at her store was so special. Ila is so knowledgeble and welcoming. I wanted a black gown for my elopement and was so nervous about finding the right gown. Ila paid attention to everything I wanted in a dress and she somehow found THE PERFECT DRESS. The process was much easier and stress free than I would have imagined
