hello Joel, we apologize for the miscommunication. But our stylists are prompted to leave a sign on their station stating they've be promoted for at least two months prior to their price increase. if there is anything else we can do for you please reach out. we'd love to hear feedback.

The service was excellent the only problem I have I was not informed that the stylist changed their position with the company and my bill wound up being a third more than it was the last time I think that if a stylist changes their position with a company the customer should be told that in advance bad business practices
I shopped around because Im new to the area and I chose Refine Because a mens haircut was $45. Got my haircut and it was a great job. The stylus was very nice. I went to check out and I was told it was $53 would I like to leave a tip? I said when I called it was $45. She said oh thats for a level one. I got a haircut with no shampoo, that sounds like level one to me. I didnt know that describes the person whos cutting your hair. I did not ask for a level two I didnt know that there were levels to ask for. Dont think Ill go back. I dont know what a level one means. But Im afraid to find out. Is that some guy with the flow bee?
I just want to get on record that this was my first time visiting the salon for men and I apologize, but felt justified in walking out. All I wanted, as I am new to the area, was a good haircut, start a long term relations with the salon, and get good haircuts. When she couldn't get my name right after 3-4X while standing right next to the hostess saying Rick, I got uncomfortable with it and walked. How could I trust her to follow my suggestions when I was consistently being called Lee and not Rick. Sure, you offered another stylist, but I end up looking like a racist, and who knows what the next person would do..... Such a shame.... I was really looking forward to it
