Ive been going to Aaron for a long time. It appears this practice has lost touch of the personable side of being a barber seeing as they just want to pass you around from barber to barber. Aaron apparently cant fit me in for over a month, which is hard to believe, and for some people, it takes years to find someone who takes the time to actually know how to cut their hair. Thats me, and I find it extremely sad that the only solution other than waiting almost two months to get my haircut by Aaron is to pass me off to someone else. No apologies. No trying to work with me. Just flat out no and heres your only option. I wont be coming back.
Very disappointed with the results. Gave Lou(?) photo reference of what I wanted. Cut it way too short. He had me turned away from the mirror the whole time, so I couldnt tell him anything as he was doing it. I may give them another shot, but definitely not with that guy
Jason, We do apologize for running behind on your appointment today. That said, we try to be clear in the confirmation email that while we strive for punctuality, a small wait should be expected as there are a variety of things that can cause us to run behind (i.e. the client before you showing up late, unique growth patterns or irregularities with previous clients which require more attention...etc). We take great pride in the quality of work we put out and will never compromise on the client that is in the chair. Most people appreciate the attention to detail and know that they will receive the same level of service when they are in the chair. The confirmation email states: Please be advised that appointment times are approximations, you should expect/plan to build an additional 15 minutes in to your appointment time to account for any small wait time/check out time...etc. Please communicate if you are particularly constrained on time and we will do our best to accommodate you. Instead of communicating you were on a tight schedule, you just walked out without letting anyone know. It seems like you would be better served at another shop where the clock is the primary focus.

It isn't worth including an appointment scheduler on your site if you are unable to hold to the appointment times. I fully understand things happen that cause delays, but a :30 min delay on a Saturday is unacceptable. That isn't a delay. It is poor management and scheduling. Pretty good place with a fair number of barbers and good product, just not the level of service for this price point.
