Absolutely disgusted. I drove 40 miles to look at a $3,000 car. I had $1,000 down. They said over the phone that they would make it work with affordable payments under $100 a month. That fit my budget and it was a model car that I wanted so I drove my rental all the way to Southwest Houston. When I got there the gentleman said that since it was in-house financing that with $1,000 down it would be $250 every two weeks for a year. It does not take a genius to figure out that that is outrageous. I laughed in his face and left. Just try to be a female going to buy a car alone.

Great service. But do not finance your car through the company they offer. It is called Credit Acceptance do not finance through them because they do not care about what credit score you have. I ended up paying 20 plus percent in interest for my car even though my credit score is a 720. The company is terrible and do not offer refinancing. They also make paying off your vehicle very difficult. they can not receive more than 2500 dollars at a time so you have to make multiple payments with a fee attached to every one. So much for an experience for my first car
