Hi Harmony, I'm very sorry to see you unhappy. But your comment here is very unfair. The project took a long time because you were kept asking for additional functions and features. We delivered the original work in few weeks and you hired us again and again for additional functions, so it's not fair to say the project took a long time, you were just asking us different things. In terms of the communication, we always reply to every single email. If you remember you had some server issue from your side which was result in not getting emails sometimes. This was an issue we identified from the beginning and we also suggest you to call us if you need so. Anyway, we have emailed you few time over the past few weeks and didn't get any response. Designity was great at the beginning. They took on a large customization project for our website and were communicative throughout the beginning stages. We were initially given a timeline of one month which later became a year and a half long project. As months went by we had to keep adding new color chips (we release collections seasonally) to stay up-to-date for when it would be released. This understandably could push back the deadline. I initially gave them four stars, as I understand our project was complex from the beginning. Nevertheless, after months of emails to have our project completed and paying an additional installment to finish the last edit, Shahrouz has stopped responding to our emails and completely ghosted us. The pending correction to the customization was an existing problem from the first round of edits over a year ago and was never addressed. We were 98% finished. So I really don't understand the unprofessionalism and lack of communication.
