To set the record straight, the vehicle this customer bought was a 2021 Mercedes Benz C43 with 900 miles on it. This vehicle is under a full factory warranty. Unfortunately, this customer couldn't appreciate the time our consultant spent driving across town to pick up her vehicle and drive it to 2 different Mercedes Benz dealers to diagnose the issue. We loaned her a Mercedes Benz SUV to use while we tried to correct the engine oil level light that came on after her purchase. The customer had the audacity to complain that the Mercedes we loaned her was dirty and that she just couldn't drive it while her Mercedes was in the shop. The Mercedes Benz dealer diagnosed the car had a bad engine oil level sensor and rush ordered the part to be installed in less than 5 days. Unfortunately, she couldn't possibly drive the dirty Mercedes loaner any longer so she picked up her vehicle from the dealer while the part was being shipped in. The customer accused us of rolling back the odometer and lying to her that the vehicle only had one previous owner. Keep in mind...the car had 900 miles on it. She also threatened to lawyer up and report us to the dealer board. It was then that I made the decision that there was probably no way of satisfying her and suggested that she handle the warranty items with the Mercedes Dealer directly. Bought my car from them and not even 12 hours later a bunch of issues. Check engine light and change oil light came on, brakes are grinding and was told by manger its unfortunate when it was supposed to have 900 miles when I bought it. Dont waste your time here. I drove my car 1 day if that. They wanted me to leave my car in the shop for a week when I spent $70,000.
