Súper unsatisfied with the work they did on me. They dont take you seriously and dont take the time on your tattoo usually they help you with the design and take te time to make it look good but they just worry about the money. too sad,plus front lady so rude never coming back

Sorry you feel that way. For the record, youve never spent any money here at all? My advice is to take up your grievance with the business you paid already for your tattoo. Im certain theyd be happy to take care of you:)

I came to this tattoo shop due to my artist changing shops and getting a new job here. Things went well in the beginning. I paid to get my tattoo finished up which consisted of two more sessions. I even met the owner which is a super friendly guy while getting more ink done on my sleeve. My last session was about a month ago. Besides my own complaints I didn't really vocalize to anyone that my tat artist seemed a bit dismissive with communication of trying to get my sleeve finished up. Or a new tattoo I was interested in. I had zero complaints up until recently. I messaged my tat artist about getting the last session in to finish up my sleeve and he said their new policy consists of for every visit that I would need to pay. Even though I paid already to finish my sleeve up. I told him we had an agreement. And that I even had messages stating this too from him. He ghosted me shortly afterwards. I called the shop and asked for the manager to talk to him about the new policy. And the front desk clerk said he was there but didn't want to talk. I asked when was a good time to call back. And she said never. I find this treatment very disrespectful and disappointing. I loved the atmosphere and people up until this point. I'll take my money elsewhere even if it will be a struggle to finish my sleeve with some one else. I understand they have a business to run and that an artist on the clock should be paid. But I paid alot for this half sleeve to be finished up in advance. My advice is to get a written agreement with anything they say they will do. Verbal and message agreements don't mean jack to them. Edit: please see smart remark from owner. Shady as they come. And yes I did spend money (for the record) at his shop. I directly paid the tattoo artist they employed. Unless that is not allowed. Then they have bigger issues on their hands.

Went in as a walk in for a nostril piercing, from the front desk to the piercer polite and understanding. My piercer explained every step of the process and made it a very pleasant quick experience! Will be back for sure!
