They sell you on their product being fully customizable by the consumer but it is extremely limited which in hindsight was just a sales tactic of theirs. Then, they want an arm and a leg when you need an additional page created, assessing a $95 fee for ftp access when you opt to do it yourself. They become very rude and pushy when you inquire about these options. Save your money and stick with WordPress or WIX.
