Our monogramming policy for everyone is that anything brought from the outside does have a $10 outside fee. This is something we have implemented since we started doing monogramming years ago. We also lowered all of our pricing to try to compete with internet pricing a few years ago. We believe all of our customers are deserving of as much of a discount as anyone else. Very unimpressed with how they handle pricing for embroidery. Needless to say I wont be doing any business here. I had 4 scrub tops and a scrub jacket I needed embroidered for college. They wanted to charge almost 100$ for five pieces. Only because I brought them from an outside source, which was a way cheaper route for me someone attending college full time. Also they do not provide any type of clearance for people who work at HH. If I would of paid more for my scrubs by purchased them there, and had them do the embroidery it would of cost around 37$. Ridiculous to say the least.
Valerie, Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about where we need to make improvements. We try to always process everyone as quickly as possible. We know everyones time is valuable. We have found that our busiest times during the week are 11-2 & 4-6, Friday & Saturday are pretty steady all day. If you can visit with us during the off peak hours then you can likely avoid the longer lines. We did update our points program January of 2019 and it actually accrues at a higher return than the old punch cards. I apologize if no one gave you a copy of the points program on your recents visits. Our people are usually good about making sure everyone has a copy. Always looks pretty---buy long waits to check out and in 3 years I've purchased scrubs from here, inconsistent ways to make points for discounts....hmmm, just not what I thought it would be

Love this place. They have a good selection and the staff is super kind and helpful. I checked out as they were closing today and one of the staff stood by the door and made sure I got to my car. The parking lot isnt lit and Im a small woman, so it was very reassuring to have someone make sure I made it safely to my car. Wonderful customer service.
