Truly appalling service. Having wasted over 2 months trying to work with this company of so called professionals, so to simply screen print some items (would have worked out approx 20K of business) we gave up! Hannah couldn't careless about her job, and her cold, unhelpful, and rather bizarre attitude showed this in every conversation she had with either myself, or my team members. After literally months of us pretty much doing the job of the October, they asked us to source ink for them to use on our project, which would have been hilarious had it not been so painfully sad to realise our hard earned time had been utterly wasted! I guess an analogy would be BMW asking their customer to source parts so they could make a car, it truly is beggars belief, us going to a so called professional company having to hand feed them everything so they might possibly be able to do their job in their chosen professional, and of course source ink for them as well. We actually have began screen printing ourselves and I suppose we should thank October Textiles for their incompetency, shambolic service and terrible attitude, as now we have learned new skills, increased our knowledge with new products, massively reduced our costs and now offer something new to our customers!

Ive been working with Paul, Jane & Craig at October Textiles since the late 90s & have always found them to be totally on-point with any work Ive asked of them. Quality & service is exceptional, liaison always informative & responsive with prices super-competitive. They also work with some of the best; Sophnet in Japan to Sunspel, Cole Buxton, Reprezent & Eastpak in the UK & Im currently developing a new print project with them for my store YARD. Cant rate them enough but you need to have your own contact with them for the full experience. Go to it.
