My car has been at this dealership for repairs for 15 weeks now. June 15th (13 weeks ago) they said my car was 6th in line.. Aug 2th (6 weeks ago) I was next in line.. As of today, Im still next in line.. Supposedly no rental cars have become available in the last 15 weeks.. Extremely frustrating. who can survive without a car for 4 MONTHS..? update - finally able to receive a rental thankfully! hopefully my car will be finished soon too.

Went in for an oil change, after several attempts to upsell me I said just an oil change. They did oil change and added tire rotation. First time I hit the brakes after leaving I get stbiltrack and ABS lights going off and not braking right. Go back to be told sometimes things just break, we recommend you take it to another one of our locations. Will never visit another bill Estes anything

I attempted to test drive and purchase a Ford truck at my local Ford dealer in Lafayette IN. The salesman there had no interest in actually selling me a truck. I was given the keys to all the used trucks that were close to what I wanted and told to test drive them on my own and let them know if i wanted to buy one. My son in law was also looking for a similar truck at this same time, he purchased one at your dealership and said he got great service and a great price on a Ford truck. When I came to your dealership I am happy to say I had the same experience with Patrick Smith. Great sales experience. I was able to choose and purchase the truck I wanted and drive away feeling that I secured a great deal. I love my truck.
