I see a lot of people viewed this one Starr you gave me. People tend to go for negative aspects of life. There are two sides to a story. I really let this get to me in the beginning Nikki but you know what? I was very kind and understanding of you when you came to my establishment. The first time you left my business was because of my timing to get to work. When I had to pick up some hair for a client. Meanwhile I would personally meet you on Jamaica avenue to help you pick out hair for your style. I would have clients wait for me when out with you. Then you said you and your family will not be coming to Black Starr anymore. That got to me but there was no Google for any stars. After about 6 months you showed up at my salon crying that some other salon messed up your hair. I was not going to do it remember? But my brother called me and persuaded me to do your hair because your birthday was coming around and I did it Nikki. Nikki when you told me you wanted your hair the same way and color I did it. I told you that your hair might or will come out. I did say sorry to you. Then you get on Google and said I didn't. You also said I was not considerate of your feelings and that was wrong. I offered you a free weave what ever one you wanted to do sew in or quick weave. I also gave you back all of your money all expect 30 for my time. To everyone that will read this I have been in business for 25yrs in all of those years I only had 2 people that were not satisfied with their hair. It took a pandamic for me to really sit back and be thankful for this one star Nikki gave me. It has been a blessing in my life in so many ways. IAM a spiritual woman my heart goes out to people who need help and I am a giver. So to everyone that sees this there is always a blessing when we think there is something that is bad so we think. From this one Starr people have come to see why I got one starr. Now I have so much more clients when they leave they give me 5 stars and leave a comment. They also come back and re-book with me.what you put in the universe you will surely get back.I will say this I do try to help everyone that come in contact with me that needs help hands down I'm there. Hair stylist and Barbers people come to us with all kinds of problems and deed answers that we cannot answer all the time. I just try to give good advice. So again Nikki IAM sorry.
