Hi there Im so sorry to hear about your experience with us. If you still have your receipt I would like you to stop by the shop that way I can see for myself if my employees did this and if so Ill give you a refund or exchange it for you. My workers know never to do anything like that. Stop by the shop with the receipt that way the owner can make sure you purchased that tire from us and he will make it right.

I bought a tire less than a month ago. & the tire was a good tire Overall its just upsetting to pay the amount I did for the tire. To come & find out that the tire was patched & wasnt patched right & wasnt supposed to be patched in the first place cause of where the hole was!!!

I am sorry to hear what happen to your tire. But when bought the tire from us we told you your rim was bent and ALSO your rim was cracked and we should you and told you. And any tire you put on cracked rim will leak. And yes you have 30 days warranty if there is anything we missed or we made a mistake on. But after you brought the tire over to exchange it we inspected it and the tire Did NOT blow out. Someone drove on the tire flat and it treaded the tire from the inside, driving on the tire flat until it damaged the warranty does not cover that.

I bought a tire from them and drove on the wheel 3 days before the tire blew out. I took it in they informed me the rim was bent. I took the rim to the place they recommended for repair. 2 weeks later the replacement tire blew out in the same manner as the 1st. I presented the warranty and was told it doesnt cover defects. The premise behind a warrant is for defects. I will never do business with them again.
