We appreciate your honesty when it comes to the vehicle and wish you all the best with your 2015 Nissan Rogue that has regular maintenance history by Nissan dealer and a clean carfax history. We do our best when it comes to preparing the vehicles for sale and we are happy that even in a situation caused by a misunderstanding the vehicles great condition is worth mentioning. We are more than happy to address these misunderstandings. 1: We, like any other dealer or business that uses USPS, can not guarantee that they will not lose the mail and therefore can not be held liable. We have to issue that statement for legal reasons but that does not mean that we will not help you in a case it gets lost. We provide tracking number to make the process easier for our customers but unfortunately we had USPS lose our customers titles/plates several times over years and each time we got a duplicate title/plate for our customers (which is a rather easy process but obviously takes a bit of time). No customer of ours was ever stuck helpless in a situation where USPS lost the title. 2: Leonard, we had customers from Florida California and various states that are far from New Jersey who asked for transportation but for the same reasons you listed we NEVER offered transportation and encouraged them to arrange it themselvevs so that we are not the ones to blame in case something happened during transportation. The only reason why we offered to transport your vehicle that day is because as we told you in the office, DMV server was acting up and would not allow us to issue a temp tag. For that reason we apologized to you and called you an Uber to get you home since we were not able to get you in the car then. 3: When it comes to transportation of the vehicle, we called you later in the day and offered to pay for your uber and said you could pick up the vehicle but you asked us to bring it the next day, we did not really think you would be expecting it to be delivered on a truck as it is not something we offer especially since you live 20 minutes away from our dealership. We are deeply sorry for the toll charge and take total responsibility, the employee that drove the car to your house ( a 20 minute drive) regularly test drives our vehicles using a dealer plate and just like any of our cars he put the dealer plate on your vehicle but did not realize the temp tag was there. We actually got the tolls too however we did not intend you to pay those especially since we already did. Please feel free to reach out to us for reimbursement. Good Car but mediocre services and lack of communication for the most part. If you find a car on carfax the odds of the car being good is high, you have all the information and they just need to keep the car in shape. My issue is the lack of service the dealer provided. The first issue is when they get all your car paper done, if they mail it they issue a statement they hold no liability if your plates and registration is lost in the mail. I then drove back to get my plates, this completely defeats the purpose of paying for assistance if they won't give you full assistance on every potential issue on the matter. The biggest issue I have which is why I will NEVER come here again, is they told me they would deliver my car to me. I assumed they would load my car onto a truck and deliver it to me. They had an employee GET IN MY CAR AND DRIVE IT TO ME. I URGE you all if they tell you they will deliver your car confirm that they will have a professional mover, my insurance coverage obviously doesn't cover some random person in my car and they add more miles to my car, and to top it off, they drove through a toll and I got a ticket which I had to dispute. I considered calling them but to be frank I never want to speak or do business with the dealership again. If you see a car you want odds are it's good, be sure to know everything you are getting service wise and if you are just "looking around" I suggest looking for another dearship

Since we already post our vehicles below the market value we are saving our customers precious time as they do not need to haggle back and forth to get a good deal. Some people might feel the need to haggle out of habbit but that does not mean it is necessary. Our precious customers with good mathematical skills know that they are getting a great deal as almost each vehicle is still priced under market value with the fees. The vehicles are also in great shape thanks to our preparation process where we service our cars which could also explain why you drove 40 minutes to our location and our 4.5 Star Rating. We are very transparent when it comes to pricing unlike a lot of dealers. The fees you mentioned ACTUALLY includes 3 MONTH POWERTRAIN WARRANTY, preparation of the vehicle (ANY necessary brake suspension engine body work that is done), temporary tag, title transfer and a Carfax report. We just hope you do not buy the same car elsewhere for $3000 more and feel happy because they give you $1000 off. We are still sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations but it is also a sad reality that we can not make everyone happy.

No way these people have all those positive reviews!. Imaging driving 40 minutes to then be told prices aren't negotiable and... wait for it, a $1200 dealer's fee to be added to the posted online price that includes nothing, nada, zeepo. So Registration and tag is separate. Unless you are a fee lover go ahead and pay them a visit.
Hi Paul, We are caught by surprise to see this misleading review. You came to finance a Tiguan that we have this evening. Our finance manager talked you through the options several times so that you could understand the basic math of adding or subtracting a warranty. Dear Paul, when banks lend you money, they charge you something called interest to generate income themselves from the transaction which depends on the risk assessment that mostly depends on your credit history credit score and open auto loans. Due to your credit score that was ~600, another open auto loan which you said was closed but the CREDIT AGENCY NOT US said was OPEN (you did not want to understand that we are not the ones deciding whether an auto loan is open or not) your interest rate was very high which was told you SEVERAL times by our finance manager. He mentioned you that he could remove the warranty to lower your costs but here we are reading your review. If you can find a bank that will approve you for finance with ~10% additional for taxes and interest and provide you with a 2 year all inclusive (engine and electrical) warranty for ~1.2k let us know so that we can work with them and offer our valued customers incredible deals. However we suggest waiting for December to maximize your chance of finding that bank as thats the season when Santa Claus shows himself.

I understand and expect to pay 11.4k(car sale price) + tax/ additional charges (~10 %) =~12.5k (~13.7k with warranty) but... please help me to understand that when I put 5k down, why am I asked to pay: 1. $306 (54 month period) 2. $282 (48 month period) when I was expecting to pay the high 100's every month (Thank you for the response)
