I had a 6:30PM appointment which I book online through the Genbook app, after all the barbershops being closed for the last 2 months, I was extremely thrilled about booking this appointment for a haircut. I got there at 6:25 and they were closed. I called them about 5 times, no one answered and then a woman walked out of the salon next door. I went in and spoke to the woman inside only to tell me that they left at around 4PM. I opened up the Genbook app and as soon as i did, they quickly canceled my appointment AFTER I called and texted them. It was very unprofessional of them to not even notify me with a phone call or text saying that they are closing at 4 instead of 9PM like they are supposed to. I wasted my time and gas driving here without any notice from them. Not to mention they wanna charge $30 for a cut. Dont waste your time... go to Lanzettas in downtown Delray when they reopen.
A Good customers shows up for there appointments, a good customers will understand everyones time is valuable as much as theres, a good customers will not text insulting texts to the business followed with a negative review, We understand things can happen in life that can change the destiny, we give chances with the no show fee we dont always apply them, we were even gonna reach out to dont worry about the fee, but not with the response you gave. This place is not customer friendly. They are more about making money then having good customers. Their prices are way too high as well. In these hard times, everyone needs a break and charging extra high fees does not help. Spend your hard earned dollars someplace else where you will get better service and value.
Kyl did an excellent job with 15-yr-olds. He seem to understand exactly what my son was looking for and then made it happen. This is one of the few times we ever left a haircut feeling happy. I enjoyed reading all of the posters on the wall my son loved the big screen TV fishing videos. We will definitely be back.
