Had to follow up with a call for photos and have invoices sent over via email. For the price thats charged this shouldnt be a step a customer has to do.
I talked with Tony's Plumbing about a few jobs that needed to be done at my sister's home. We set up an appointment for a tech to come out to her house on a Monday between 3 - 5 pm. At 4:30 that day I get a call from the tech and he says that we didn't have an appointment for him to come to the house, but for him to generate an estimate over the phone and email it to us. I may not know alot about plumbing, but I know you can't give an estimate without looking at the job. Needless to say we have never received an email or another phone call I even had to take off work to be there to meet up with them.....never use this company.
Taylor was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Jobs are done right, to code and safe. Our job includes moving a gas pipe and valve for new layout/cabinets in kitchen. As well as updating pipes, valves, and clean-out for kitchen sink, dishwasher, and filtration.
I called when they opened to schedule someone to come fix our bathroom Urinal in our restaurant that had been running for the last 2 days straight. (An emergency) theres no way to turn it off, if it clogs our floors would flood. She said no problem he will come today between 3 -5pm We get a call at 2:30 stating all their technicians are on EMERGENCY calls for the rest of the day....? Does tomorrow work for you!?? No Actually NO IT DOESN'T and wait your just telling me this I called at 8am You said today from 3-5 someone will be by to fix the issue.. And if we would have known they were going to fall through earlier in the day we could have called someone who actually could have came to fix the problem. Just plain Unprofessional and We wont ever call them again
