Just had my annual HVAC maintenance appointment. Alex showed up on-time and completed a thorough inspection of my newer AC unit and serviced my aging furnace, in a very tight attic space. He presented thorough recommendations for the furnace areas that need to be monitored given the age of the unit. He completed the appointment timely and cleaned-up leaving no trace of his visit. Appreciate the efficiency of the appointment and high quality service!
Even though he wasn't originally scheduled to come to our home Andrew was ready to go! He was very thorough & explained everything he had done. He was very pleasant & professional. A big plus is being an animal lover since I have a 140lb dog that can seem intimidating with his deep bark. Andrew took it in stride & they were fast friends!
This company will spam you endlessly if you use their services. I had asked several times to be removed from their call list and they just kept calling. For years! If you dont answer the phone they will call you regularly. Last time when I complained, I was told that I was mistaken and that they didnt call me. Sadly, I like their techs, but wont use AAA any longer. Its a shame when marketing alienates otherwise faithful customers.
