When you start working for a company, what are you looking for? The answers to that question vary from person to person. I can only share what I look for when I go to work. First, I look for a company that cares about its employees. The Belways, owners of the company, truly try to make a connection with all of their employees. They understand that sometimes life gets in the way and their flexibility is one of their best attributes. I can't remember a moment where I've dealt with either or them that they haven't had a smile on their faces and something positive to say. That leads to my second thing I look for- positive energy. I truly believe the energy you put forth is reflected back towards you. I think the Belways look for positive energy people. It truly affects the work that you're doing- and to be clear, this is still a job. You will still have to work and be expected to perform your job to the best of your abilities. Third, I look for a company that gives me the ability to grow. The Belways are always looking for good people. That's not unlike any other company, right? I have had the good fortune of also meeting several other good people working for 360. The Belways have an uncanny ability to find quality people for their leadership positions. Again, I want to emphasize that you will need to do the work! They remember the ones that work hard and are wanting to take the next step into management positions. That leads to my last "look". I want to work for a company that LISTENS AND LEARNS. I think the most impressive thing I find about Tom and Alexis is their willingness to adapt and change. Trial and error are a part of anyone's/anything's growth. I know that they are always looking for ways to streamline their business; whether it's how to get their employees paid quicker or just making sure that everyone has all the information necessary to do their jobs to the best of their ability. What is important to remember is that as soon as they realize something isn't working- THEY PIVOT- and find something that does work. They are not afraid to push the envelope. In terms of listening, 360 has always been good at listening to feedback from multiple sources. When you're in charge and you have so many moving pieces sometimes it's difficult to see the entire picture. The people in charge realize that and ask for help; their communication is awesome! So, those are my things. I have been fortunate to do multiple things with 360 from high profile events in different parts of the country, to simply playing a mascot at charity event. Each one different, but their steady leadership is always the constant. If you worked with them previously and you felt like you didn't see the best of what 360 has to offer- I say come back and give them another chance. If you haven't worked with them, I definitely recommend giving them a look.
