Amy who works here has a horrible attitude and is rude and unresponsive. I asked her about 3 questions about a property before she started to get snappy with me. Decided not to make an offer after speaking to her, she was rude from the phone call to our emails. After this AND the recent incident of racism from Savills, I have no idea why the reviews are so good, maybe they are asking their family and friends to say nice things on their behalf. Hire nicer staff members, not randoms who want to make a quick commission.
We have been trying to sell our property at a good price, in a falling market produced first by large increases in stamp duties and later the muddled situation that Brexit caused. In fact we lost one confirmed buyer because of that and now The Sunday Times reports that London Sales are down by 40%. Right through that period and until the final sale we could not have been in better hands. Oli Lurot, the Director of Savills Notting Hill Gate Office and his team produced a running stream of potential buyers from here and abroad and cooperated closely with their South Kensington offices who added to the stream. Of course Estate Agents buy and sell on commissions but after the initial agreement had been signed Oli and his team treated us as potential friends whom they had come to help. And very successful they were too. Included in that trust was the amount of feedback and reliable and truthful information we were given.
