Started off ok until the tech went to the roof and told me there was no flashing. I agreed to the "deep clean" but stopped short of having the flashing installed. I'd called the company that did my roof 4 years ago. They said they'd installed flashing. Roofing company came next day, took pictures and showed me the flashing (under shingles). Caveat Emptor.

They werent able to clean out my vent thoroughly because the dryer vent outlet is on the roof. Paid $90 and my dryer is still giving me error messages that theres a clog somewhere in the vent.

I'm very surprised with their service quality. They were always working to make our experience exceptional. The owner of United Home Services, was great to work with and very knowledgeable about job! their crews did a great job on a challenging chimney repair and air ducts cleaning. He responded to our call quickly and got the job done in a short period of time. His pricing was fair and we wouldn't hesitate to call United Home Services again in the future!

Friendly, informative, answered any question I asked. Checked to make sure the birds that had taken up residence in my chimney were gone and installed a cap to prevent any others from coming back. Definitely recommend them and will have them come back to remove old insert and install new one. 4/13/2022 United Home Service replaced my old fireplace insert today. David, Jake and Tony was very professional in the work time. I'm very satisfied with their work quality. Thanks
