Thank you for your review and for letting us know of your discontent. My service manager and I researched further this morning and agreed that we dropped the ball. We have spoken to the tech and the advisor to ensure inspections are done more thoroughly so something like this does not happen again. I was told that you have a tire and wheel policy covering a new tire, and we will get it done today. Shell went into AUDI CLEARWATER with my 2018 R8 V 10 with a low pressure indicator for my driver side rear tire was met by Miss Popillio and explain the situation to her she said I will have someone look at it. I gave her the keys she took the car she came back to me in a half hour and said we have checked And we havent found anything wrong with the tire. I remarked its been losing pressure constantly for the last two days perhaps even more. I received the tire back and drove it to my shop put it on the lift and I found exactly what I expected a screw in the tire which they totally missed

Joe in parts is 100% on his game. I'm a dealer and ran into an issue with Safelite that took 4 weeks to NOT resolve; long story short, they couldn't get the correct windshield for 2020 A8L after allegedly four times of trying over an entire month. By chance, called Joe @ Crown and he secured the correct windscreen in stock ready to go at a very reasonable price. Appreciate the quick, accurate, and impressive service!

Honestly it was alright. They didnt seem to even want to sell the car, we sold the car to ourselves. We dont normally sell these cars and dont know much about it. but as a car salesman your job is legit to sell cars, its in the title of your job. We almost walked away but we figured we can get it lower in price with that comment and we did we got 8k off asking price because they didnt know its value so it worked in our favor but truly bad service wouldnt recommended.
