Unfortunately most health insurance plans do not currently cover compounded (custom-made) medications. This is why we do not bill insurance plans directly. We can provide a universal claim form that a patient can submit for reimbursement. We find that some patients have success with this approach. We understand the frustration of having this be so different from the experience of working with a regular retail pharmacy where insurance can always be billed directly.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at Koshlands. We have been recommended to John at Professional Village Pharmacy for my womens health compounding Rx and we could not be happier. Not only is my every 8 week lab test now stable but the quality in service and product is exponentially more elevated.
