Amazinggg service , lovely guys and Particularly Kadim answered all my questions in relations to Intellectual property complaints , would highly recommend reinstate amz for IP related suspension types , they were very patience and honest with me through out the entire suspension and I am relieved and shocked that my account has now been re-activated. I am very thankful for Kadim. A true professional; all messages are returned promptly, usually within minutes. Had a free consultation and explained my Amazon store was flagged for violating their Drop Shipping policy and gave him specifics on our operation. Appreciate the support and Plan of action, originally deactivated for Drop Ship Violation and a second account for Manipulation of Sales. Both have been successfully opened again. Definitely would use them again if needed too! Excellent service and results.
