Overall a rather disappointing experience, especially considering the high price. I had to wait at reception for over 5 minutes before anyone greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. The hair wash was fine and I did love their fully reclining hair wash system which is much more comfortable. However there was no head massage. My cut itself seemed good at the time but now that I've washed it there's a uneven piece which comes down by the side of my ear when I tie my hair up. Definitely regret trying this place.

After searching on Google for the best hair salon in London, I have come across Geili Green salon in George St. I had my very first appointment with Christina. I went from very dark natural colour with some orange highlights from a year ago to natural ashy colour! For the 5 last years I have been trying to get to ashy colour with no success. Christina made it happen for me today! She was absolutely amazing, very friendly, good listening and has an exceptional customer service skills. Christina was very straight forward and honest with her opinions and guidance in colour. She is very patient (Im a very hard work when it comes to my hair). I also had a hair cut from Christina and she has done again an amazing job. I will definitely be returning and this will be my new hair salon! Definitely worth the price.
