Wrench was great for my battery replacement. They kept in touch with me throughout the process, informing me of a delay for my initial appointment because they knew they'd need a part and the store wasn't yet open. So much better than waiting until they got here to find out they'd have to leave and come back. I was able to get my battery replaced by a professional for the cost that the battery alone would have been at an auto shop nearby, and this saved me the walk in the heat. The appointment itself was quick and professional, and I'm confident the job was done correctly. Very happy with the service, and definitely considering it for the future, even for things like oil changes and other routine maintenance.

I had register an appointment, and the mechanic Michael came out to do a diagnostic on my car. And said there was nothing wrong, fixed a few things and charged me $150 for it. When in reality, the mechanic said he would cancel the appointment so I would only be charged $50 for the cancelation fee. What a waste of time and money. It's convenient but the fact they say one thing and do another is complete bs. Service if 5 stars but the customer support and their word as a business is bs. Never using them again.
