I went in there twice, I wanted to get info on a tattoo, the girl was very unprofessional, sounded like she didnt even want to bother, I left with no app , I went back 2 days later figuring Id give them them benefit of the doubt, too again be brushed off like what I wanted didnt matter, would not give me an app said they were short handed with people on vacation, told me to look on their website, Apparently dont want my business so I will go elsewhere

Had my tragus piercing jewelry replaced with a bezel style, because my prong style would randomly get caught in my pillow case. This place is amazing. They are super clean, friendly and personableand their prices were great too ($20 for replacement )

Hi Sarah, Sorry to hear of your issues with your piercing. I see that you were pierced in October, meaning that there's no way it would have been healed just yet. We usually install longer jewelry when piercing that location to account for the inevitable swelling that will occur, and we prefer the jewelry stay intact for the duration of the healing, which in the case of an industrial, would be months. Our recommended healing regimen does NOT include tea tree oil, and a pdf version of that is available for viewing on our website. This is what is recommended by professional piercers that include those at Sin Alley Tattoo. Workers are very nice, got my tattoo here and I love it. But not a reputable shops when it comes to piercings. Always gave me bad aftercare advice like using tea tree oil or soap which Ive learned from reputable piercers are big No nos. I was also told I had the perfect ear shape for an industrial and that it was going to heal beautifully, to find out that I dont have the right autonomy and my ear shape actually wont support the piercing, but they gave it to me anyway. (They also had issues giving me the right sized bar. Gave me a bar that was way too long at first and then gave me a little attitude when I asked for a shorter bar) So I had a difficult healing process and had to get it taken out anyways. Might come back here for a tattoo but I will be paying the extra price to go to a more reputable shop for piercings. Edit: I appreciate the response. Im sorry to leave a negative review and sorry if I come off as rude, but Im sure you understand that its very upsetting to spend $60+ on a piercing just to be told by several other piercers that I should of never received it in the first place. I was advised to take it out early to prevent more scarring
