By far the worst HVAC company I have ever dealt with. Brand new home with more issues than I can list here. Installation job is so poor it looks like a 4 year old completed it; holes, dents, and leaks everywhere. I've had about 10 different people here to try and fix the various problems. They often no-show to appointments, or just show up unannounced. Communication is extremely poor from scheduling to the management to the technicians. Many broken commitments and promises and they often just don't return phone calls. Very unprofessional and the most sub-par HVAC work I've seen in 20 years of working in homes.
Their work is completely garbage, got a new home from Lennar and every night I hear popping noise from the HVAC system. They have tried to fix it like 5 times and every time they fail, now they're saying it's perfectly normal. Even their own tech that came out said there's probably a tear or something jacked up with the system and told me to call a duct cleaning company and see if they can send a camera to look for tears. Wouldn't trust them near any furnace. Potential customers BEWARE
We just had Smith and Willis service our HVACs. The service was Outstanding and very professional. David was extremely efficient, professional and helpful with all our concerns. A+
This company sucks, brand new built home through D.R Horton with a brand new furnace with warranty , Furnace stop working 3 weeks ago and temperature are in the low 20s outside and 60 degree inside, they sent a technician (and wait for this they say he will be there between 10am-5:00pm) the technician comes in said he fixed the issue and thats that. A week later the same thing happens (waking up to an inside temperature to of 60 degree its bad. Wearing gloves and hats to stay warm inside. Week 3 Wait for it. This is our coldest week of the year( temperatures are below 0, and yes furnace is not working. Called the office right at 8:00 am opening, their answering service picks up even though they should be already open. Rachael and Erica total clueless and incompetent at their job, no customers service skills, pointed to them that a technician needs to come ASAP and tat I will not be home the rest of the day and house temperature is 60 degrees and its freezing, they were rude and basically dont care. I will be contacting DR Horton and other builder they have contract with and file a complaint with them along with BBB and other builders that.you should treat customers like this especially when DR Horton is doing business with you. What a shame :(
