Hi Sean, We are a parent supervised facility and that is exactly what we asked you to do on Saturday and yesterday when you came back again. On Saturday we had multiple complaints from parents that your son was HURTING other children. We had a mom leave in tears and angry because your son hurt her son all while you were not watching him and did nothing. At this point it became a liability issue for us. Thank you for your patronage over the years. As far as your claims about racism please know we take these accusations very seriously as well as defamation of character.

Hi Lacey, I believe there is a misunderstanding. We do not have an on-site kitchen so all outside food is welcome. We just do not allow on-site cooking or allow open flames. (chaffing dishes) for insurance reasons. If you would like to inquire/book for a birthday private party, we are 3 to 4 months out for reservations.

Great place for toddlers to play at. My son loves going here. Theres different areas children can enjoy and its clean! There are bathrooms available and they were very clean as well. It can get packed with children and adults at times so wear a mask if you like. I went on a wednesday and was able to see a character. You can check their social media to see what characters will be there and at what times. This place is lots of fun. I am satisfied every time i take my son here. Give it a try!

Hi Alejandra, yes we have updated our liability waiver and added a covid clause. A liability waiver is standard for indoor play places as well as most businesses give notice that there is a chance you can get covid. As everywhere you go its at your own risk. We do the best we can to keep everyone safe such as increased sanitation and we follow the current mandates. On June 15th masks became optional for vaccinated adults and health screening were no longer required. Should that change we will update our policy accordingly. Sorry to hear you wont be returning. We are doing the best we can to still get here. We closed for multiple months and with the rising costs of everything we are no longer able to offer a single visit discount. However we still do offer 10play pass punch cards which offer a significant discount.

Like many have mentioned, there are a ton of toys and options for your kids to be here for hours! However, after COVID, theyve updated their waiver basically saying enter at your own risk. But the fact they dont even require masks, not for kids or at least for adults seems a little irresponsible. We were some of the only ones wearing masks. They dont do any type of screening or temp checks. They also used to have a twin or double discount, and now they just charge the flat fee. We probably wont be coming back.
