Came into to inquire about having pictures uploaded to a disc back in the end of October for my Grandmothers Funeral Services. They said they were busy which I understood, but the gentleman was very cold, and seemed annoyed that we were taking up his time with the inquiry. Definitely need to brush up on customer service skills. If you are a customer that doesn't feel wanted at all, why would I ever return to give you business.

Film developing is at a very affordable rate here. The staff Is very friendly as well. You can get photos developed in as little as a day.
