I have to be honest, I don't usually leave reviews, but I could not let My Experience With Top Notch Balloon Creations go unnoticeable! My experience was Beyond Top Notch! My Mom Turned 80 on November 1st and she's never had a Birthday Party! Covid-19 ruined me and my siblings plans of giving her a traditional Surprise Birthday Party, but with The Help Of Julie and Patty Our Surprise Birthday Drive Thru Was A Success! With just one call the next day Julie provided me with several visual options. We selected a Purple, White, and Black Mardi Gras Theme. Our Street was lined with the Fabulous Creations and My Mom, Family, Friends, and Neighbors Were Amazed! Julie and Patty were on time, professional, and went above and beyond to make My Mom's Day Extra Special! Did I mention Covid 19 wasn't our only obstacle??? It was the worst day of the year with below 50 degree weather, winds blowing at least 45 mph, raining and snowing! When Julie and Patty arrived my family was attempting to put up my bright idea of a tent!!! Lol! They quickly jumped into action after putting up their balloons down our street in lightning speed. They allowed us to use their poles, tape, weights, and knowledge to put up our tent which had nearly flown down 8 mile at least 5 times b4 they jumped in...If it had not been for them, my mom would have had to watch from our window which would not have been the same! So if you are looking for a Creative Professional Experience to from a Company who cares just as much as you to make your experience Top Notch...Look No Further! This Is It! Oh! Their Ballons Stood Up Through The Crazy Weather Throughout My Event! We just took most of them down the other day! Thank You Ladies For Making My Mom's Day Extra Special! Julie and her daughter are really great instructors.
