Terrible customer service, a complete unwillingness to assist customers with any type of questions about products which they themselves service and sell. I called to ask a quick and sensible question about Xbox one set up and simply because I wasn't a member and didn't buy this particular product from them, they arrogantly refused to help and lectured me as to why they have no obligation for customer service in my situation. Little do they know or care to ask, I am a member and have been for months and have spent a lot of money there since signing up. I will be canceling my membership and will never shop there again. Very disappointing and a disgracefully abhorrent experience to say the least. Go to game stop, don't give these jokers the time of day.
Good afternoon Heather, this is the manager, whom you spoke to last week. I explained to you that we were just starting to implement our repair program and that the person ( who was qualified to diagnose your system) would be in on Monday. The employee that you spoke with on Monday misinformed you. I questioned them about what happened and they stated that they forgot that we had officially started our repair service. She was indeed the person qualified to do the repair and whom you were supposed to speak to. We apologize for this misunderstanding. If you have any questions you can reach us @717-332-2653.

We normally have a good experience here. Last week I called about having a ps4 looked at and possibly fixed. The person at the store on the phone said "No problem, our fix it person will be here Monday so bring it in then, and it will be $25 just to look at it. I wait till Monday rolls around and I show up expecting help but am told they can't do that there! They did however refer me to Ubreakifix. My issue could've been solved already if the employee hadn't lied. Very disappointing.
